At TutorWale, we aim for a fair refund process. This policy applies to courses, test series, e-store products, packages, and requirement unlock payments made on etutorwale.com.

2. Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate payment for the same product or enrollment.
  • Technical failure where payment succeeded but access was not granted within 48 hours.
  • Course or test series removed by TutorWale before you accessed any paid material.
  • Unauthorized transaction reported within 7 days with valid proof.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Partially completed courses or downloaded e-store materials.
  • Requirement unlock fees after teacher contact details have been viewed.
  • Subscription packages after activation or use of included benefits.
  • Instructor profile unlock payments once contact information is displayed.

4. Refund Request Process

  1. Email Info@etutorwale.com with your registered email, order/transaction ID, and reason.
  2. Our team will review the request within 5–7 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a pending payment before completion at no charge. Completed payments follow the eligibility rules above.
